This IPA is fermented with expressive yeast to produce all the "juice" character you'd want in a NE-style IPA, but we brightened it up to look all West Coast polished. Intensely fruity in aromatics, soft bitterness, and a pale, hazy straw color. Fun hybrid of two distinct IPA styles.
Hops: El Dorado, Simcoe, Mosaic
