Some of that West Coast-style hoppy nectar! Fermented with our neutral ale yeast strain, we've put all the focus on a new experimental hop variety from Australia called Vic's Secret. And threw some good old American Cascade in the mix as we dug the interplay between the two, with new world fruity notes and classic grapefruit / pine character. Dry, moderately bitter finish.
