A Belgian Style Quadruple ale brewed in Monterey that sat in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon barrels for 19 months. It's the highest ABV beer we've ever released but incredibly smooth with enormous amounts of caramel & candied dark fruit notes over a vanilla-char background.

A valiant effort. But this is way too hot. It’s raw. And there is a bit of a nutty aftertaste that I’m not into. But still, tasty, caramel/tobacco/heavy barrel make it enjoyable

A dangerously easy drinking 15% ABV. Absolutely amazing beer!!
