L: Light red.
S: Sparkling raspberry and grass notes.
T: A very light and delicate beer without the harshness of carbonation. A soft start of raspberry that leads with oak notes on the side. After the peak of flavor is earthy notes with a tart finish.
F: A light sour beer that doesn't skim on flavor.
O: A very light sour beer that lacks the usual touches of beer (carbonation, hops and heaviness) and shows that not all beer need to be the same. An excellent sour to start on and also to enjoy anytime.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Light ruby pour with small frothy head. Berry aroma with a noticeable tartness, woody notes. Taste follows with more of the raspberries, mild sour palate. Nice finish to the evening.
