Can poured into a Russian River Brewing Co pub glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a big frothy off white head that explodes as it goes into the glass and finally settles to a thin layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Tart lime and agave run the show with just a little salt. Getting Margarita vibes already.
T: Definitely sour, no avoiding that, tons of lime, agave comes through nicely, and a nice touch of salt for good measure. Can get a bit overwhelming.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, puckeringly sour.
O: As has been said before, this is on the extreme end of the scale for a Gose, with a sour level that rivals Warheads candy. I get what they were going for, but I feel like they could have backed off the intensity a little and made it more drinkable. It gets kind of overwhelming after a while. Fun to try and share though.

L: Hazy golden yellow. About a finger of head, no lacing.
S: Really tart and salty smelling. Agave also present on the nose. Actually smells like a margarita minus the tequila.
T: Holy hell this thing is salty and tart. It's like Alvarado and Noble teamed up and said, "hey, lets make a beer that resembles the war-head candy." Then they went out, obtained 3 truckloads of salt from Big Sur and put it in cans. If you don't already know, this thing is puckering tart. That aside, and after some acclimation, I am actually enjoying it. The agave really is noticeable once you adjust.
F: Full bodied with high levels of carbonation, which matches with the salinity.
O: I found myself enjoying it. It's definitely something so different from anything I've ever tried that I actually appreciate it. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!
