Utilizing a Norwegian "Kveik" yeast strain (Kveik is a centuries-old Scandanavian farmhouse ale which varies widely in style) we brewed an IPA to see what kind of flavors and aromas are possible. Pineapple, peach forward esters were matched with Strata, El Dorado, & Citra hops, and we also added some fresh hop oil for an extra resinous kick.

Opaque muddy tan-yellow with a light airy foam that dies off to nothing at all.
Smell is spicy, citrusy and tropical with dank sticky fruits, burnt rubber cannabis and some acidic mango.
Taste is acidic and pungent mango and peach with eucalyptus notes that are almost aspiriny, but its crisply satisfying medium body has a pleasant spiciness that pairs well with fatty food. The finish is semi-dry and stinging.

Bright yellowish orange juice haze
Smells of bright pineapple, tangerine
Taste is of citrus, some peach, maybe white grape. A little funky, almost some earthy resin.
