Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that slowly settles to a dense layer and leaves some thick lacing.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, plenty of citrus, a little spicy pine, faint herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit lead, passion fruit, peach, apricot, strawberry, papaya, and guava, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and orange, pine, herbal slightly grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Really nicely balanced. Perfect amount of bitterness to counter all the juicy goodness. Great beer for a great cause.

One of their least impressive hazies, but still really solid! It has a strong bitter finish for a NE style.

Fully opaque pineapple puree yellow with a short bubbly white caviar blanket settling to a spotty film.
Smell is popping with citrusy and tropical fruit aromas accented by pink bubblegum and cannabis.
Flavor continues that adventure as very expressive and exciting notes of mango, peach, guava, strawberry and clementine explode, lightly accented by resin, cannabis and pine.
The medium body is uncharacteristically effervescent for one of these turbid IPAs, really lifting the palate and allowing for the various flavors to shine. It also carries a note of crackery malt before the tingly, semi-wet finish.

Canned 11/19/18, consumed 11/26/18
Looks like murky pineapple juice, small head that really quickly dissapated and left little lacing.
Nice mix of tropical & citrus fruits and dank, fruity weed notes in the aroma and taste. I'd like it to be more amplified on both.
Feel is medium, smooth but not as creamy and juice-like as you'd probably think from a murky hazy. Good carbonation, almost no bitterness.
Overall, very solid hazy as you'd expect from ASB. Just a step below some of the more amazing ones they've put out recently.

This beer was canned 11/19/18 and consumed on 11/26/18.
L: Pours murky dull yellow in color. Though a head was not achieved from the pour of the beer, I can swirl the contents and create a dense creamy cap which retains nicely. After said cap is formed, the beer leaves sudsy amounts of lacing on the glass.
S: Very tropical on the nose. Mango and papaya are the dominant aromas on the nose. Black pepper, grapefruit and peach also come to mind when smelling the beer. Slight yeast presence, which is typical of all ASB offerings.
T: Full of fruit flavor. Tangerine, mango, papaya and melon are domineering, with apricot and pine resin on the finish. Its juicy as hell, but has enough resin in it to reaffirm that you're drinking an IPA.
F: Medium in body and in weight. Moderate levels of carbonation for the style. Slight fizz property on the tongue with no detection of booze.
O: ASB is quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries in the scene. They have been on a hot streak with their last releases, and I thoroughly anticipate their new offerings on a week by week basis. I am very glad to have tried this offering and would recommend. Cheers!
