Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Pine, citrus, earthy herbal notes, blueberry, a little tropical and stone fruit, faint floral notes, slightly toasty biscuity bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness
T: Resinous herbal pine, citrus zest, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, blueberry, underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, mango, nectarine, guava, and a hint of pineapple, floral notes, a faint of bubble gum, slightly toasty biscuity bready malt, and just a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp yet a bit chewy.
O: Solid modern West Coast IPA, but I think a slight lighter malt bill would make it pop a bit more.
