West Coast-style Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends from Green Cheek Beer! There’s something so delightful about hops in their purest form, especially when they’re not competing with other flavors from fermentation or adjuncts. Hence the love for dry, oily West Coast hoppy beer! Nelson + Strata steal the show in this one.

L: Transparent coppery amber in appearance, total clarity. A finger of a bubbly stark white cap that retained nicely. Mild amounts of lacing, but a good looking WCIPA.
S: Sweet on the nose, with aromas of bready malts and citrus.
T: Tons of citrus flavor with a prominent malt foundation. Finish is citrus with sappy pine and booze presence. It is rather sweet with nice juice/hop complexity.
F: Light in body but medium in weight. Carbonation amounts are moderate. Nice feel, but booze does cut through on the feel, which is expected for a 9% offering.
O: An enjoyable brew, and though heavy-tasting, it is 'So Delightful' to drink. I am glad to try. Cheers!
