Took the restrictor plate off to give the red dragon a little more juice! (Hey Mike) The next in our unofficial "Dadz Dream Ridez" series, we pay homage the the 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans AM with nothing but the finest Simcoe, Simcoe cryo, Motueka, Centennial cryo, Denali & Mosaic we could get our hands on.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours super hazy golden orange amber with a frothy eggshell white head that slowly settles to a firm layer that hangs around and laces nicely.
S: Tropical fruit and zesty citrus, slightly dank, spicy pine, floral, a hint of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Spicy resinous pine immediately followed by tropical fruit and zesty citrus, papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, apricot, peach, and faint melon, floral and slightly dank herbal notes, a hint of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, with a very light touch of hop burn and alcohol warmth.
O: This one is definitely unique thanks to a pretty cool hop combo. Tasty, but not my favorite from them.

Not up to normal ASB uber hoppy, aromatic standards, still enjoyable nontheless. Aroma and flavor quite a bit muted, good smooth/creamy ASB feel that's still better than most.
