Daiquiri Island pours a creamy, soft and muted yellow with a small, complex thick white head that lingers with some nice lacing. The smell isbanana puree through and though with some lime zest and a mild sweetness.The taste istart and sour, yet sweet and inviting. It's creamy over the palette with a big ripe banana flavor and citrus from the lime. The sweetness give his sour a nice balance that tastes like banana taffy.
