Going back to the schoolyard with this PB&J inspired Kettle Sour. Loads of Concord grape, as well as medium and dark roasted peanut flour, combined with milk sugar to tame the acidity and provide a big body. Wade’s favorite snack in beer form!

UnCRUSHtables pours a muted and murky light reddish purple with a light and thin rocky head that dissipates quickly. The smell is spot on! You would think you are in the kitchen and mom has just made you a PB&J; the warm and roasty peanut butter with a sweet Concord grape jelly. It's executed very well, call it a sandwich in a glass. The taste is sweet initially as the peanut butter and grape jelly come to the forefront before a slight sour undertone rounds out the beer. Unique and probably not for everyone, but it's a well executed beer.
