Hazy IPA collaboration with Captain + Stoker Coffee Roasters in Monterey, brewed with single origin Colombian coffee with that's been lightly roasted. Originally brewed as a West Coast IPA at our pub a few months back, we decided to introduce a fruity yeast strain to augment the citrus / berry character derived from the coffee. We've tweaked the dry hop a bit, which now consists of Simcoe cryo and El Dorado, lending tropical and melon-forward notes along with strong grapefruit, blueberry & fig flavors.
