1. A smooth, pale German-style lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and light hop character that balances strength with drinkability.
2. A beer style that represents the German beer served at Oktoberfest, the world's largest beer festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria from mid September to early Oktober.

Broke out the ol’ stein for this.
Beautiful pour, clear and golden with just a touch of tan and a heady cloud on top.
It’s lightly —yet vibrantly—hopped, with a pronounced spicy note on the nose. The sip follows, backed by a sticky malt finish.

Bright and clear, light golden body; moderate amount of carbonation; thick, rocky head, white and sticky; semi-creamy in places. Light malt nose, biscuit; light floral and spicy hop aroma blend; nice subtle esters. Biscuit flavor with a peppery hop bitterness; toasted grain. Full-bodied; smooth and silky on the palate; light dryness.
A most pleasant and enjoyable festbier.

“A smooth, pale German-style lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and light hop character that balances strength with drinkability. Also represents the modern German beer served at Oktoberfest!”

I didn’t add this in the marzen category because it’s light and claims to be a Pale German style lager.
