For this small batch, fruited variant of Mai Tai PA, we chose Strawberry, Pineapple, & Mango! This combo was well received in Daiquiri Island, and it's translated beautifully into our flagship West Coast IPA base with 100% Mosaic hops.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that hangs around and slowly settles to a dense layer that leaves plenty of beautiful thick lacing.
S: Freshly cut citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, slightly grassy, a hint of pine, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Bright, plenty of tropical fruit as expected, mango and pineapple shine, strawberry is there but a bit more subtle, base beer still shows through with citrus and even more tropical and stone fruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, peach, apricot, and a hint of passion fruit, floral and grassy notes, light pine towards the back end, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness, with an ever so slight tartness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Just the right amount of fruit to add some great depth while not becoming a pure beer-mosa. Really solid variant.
