A spin on the Daiquiri Island series, Colada Island was born from a desire to teleport to the islands. This Imperial sour ale directly mimics a Piña Colada with both toasted & shaved coconut and heaps of pineapple, but further conditioned on fresh strawberry. Won’t exactly give you that red swirl in the glass but the entire composition is about as close as you can get in “beer” form. SLUSH variant is double fruited.
