This annual collaboration is brewed to highlight the conservation work of the Big Sur Land Trust. This batch is full of choice Mosaic hops and Waimea hops from down in New Zealand, producing an intense, tropical flavor and aroma amid a soft, silky body. Packed with flavor and purpose, this beer represents our ongoing and intentional partnership with BSLT. 15% of all proceeds from this beer will be donated to BSLT to aid in its excellent efforts in conservation and inspiring love and respect for our beautiful outdoor spaces in Monterey County.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden straw with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Big zesty citrus, spicy pine, a little tropical fruit, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Citrus leads big time, zesty lime, lemon, grapefruit, and tangerine, spicy pine, underlying tropical fruit slowly works its way forward, passion fruit, mango, and apricot, a bit grassy, biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Super bright and lively, Awesome trail beer.

Sweet tropical hoppy, fruity lemony-melon, and orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced, lemony orange citrus bitter, and slightly sweet malty finish. Great depth for a single. Good stuff!
