Pure West Coast hop nectar, double dry hopped with a blend of classic Northwest hops like Centennial & CTZ and fortified by lots of Simcoe and some Citra, Mosaic & Ekuanot lupulin cryo for dank / oily tones. It’s bitter, dry, pale and bright!

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some thick lacing.
S: Dank almost over ripe tropical and stone fruit, spicy, earthy, and herbal notes, some pine, citrus, slightly floral, biscuity bready malt, and a bit of caramel sweetness .
T: Spicy, slightly dank earthy herbal notes, resinous pine, followed by a rush of almost over ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruit, papaya, passion fruit, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, berries, orange, and a hint of pineapple, slightly floral, biscuity bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: It's a well made beer and hits the mark as a West Coast IPA, but that Ekauanot brings some notes to the party that I'm not a fan of. I can easily see some people liking this one more than I do.

Throwback to 2014. Classic west coast in appearance. New school hop aromas, more soft citrus and fruit punch. Low bitterness, easy drinking, and approachable.
