Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery beer glass
A: Pours golden straw with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Mix of floral, herbal, grassy, and spicy notes, backed with crackery malt, and a touch of honey.
T: Super floral, some spice, underlying grassy, herbal, slightly earthy notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of honey.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Beers like this are making me more and more a fan of a quality Pils.
