Hazy IPA with bioengineered yeast courtesy of Berkeley Yeast to promote the release of bound thiols during fermentation, resulting in increased levels of 3MH & 3MHA compounds. These thiols are responsible for creating passionfruit, grapefruit & guava flavors and aromas, which we’ve paired with Mosaic & Citra (which naturally contain 3MH thiols) for an extra tropical punch!
