Bottle from the bistro in Carmel, CA. Pours a clear ruby red with a flash of bubbly white head that disappears, smell is fresh raspberries, raspberry hard candy, raspberry jam, red currant, overripe strawberry, hint of apple flesh, vanilla, and oak, taste is very tart raspberry, strawberrry, raspberry jam, raspberry hard candy, frutti di bosco/mixed berry juice, hints of rose, plum, apple skin, and oak, feel is light and bright, medium to high acidity. A very tart raspberry forward mixed berry bonanza.
