Here's a fun new variant of Mallow Mania, featuring toasted coconut, Mandarin orange, pineapple and of course, marshmallows! Base beer is an Imperial Sour Ale that's 8% alc by vol, and the end result is a really fun flavor profile that's tart, a lil' sweet, and full of tropical / citrusy vibes and a rich, coconut creaminess.

Sweet pineapple, orange creamsicle, and hint of coconut cream pie nose on this one! Taste follows with a balanced, orange-vanilla, pineapple-coconut, hint of fruity-floral swallow...some citrus tart vibes appear as it warms. This is juicy and tasty...I like it!
