A collaboration with our good friend Rob Arabian of Machinehead Brewing in Clovis, California! Rob is making some incredible beers, and High Octave is a fusion of our two approaches to Hazy Double IPA. The hop combination is vast, but includes many high oil and impactful varieties like Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and Ekuanot, and we’ve sprinkled in a bit of NZ Waimea and a touch of Sabro cryo to bring this over the top. The burps on this one are SOLID! Congratulations to Rob for persevering and keeping the dream alive for nearly 6 years before opening their doors! You guys are killing it!

Sweet tropical hoppy, stonefruit/orange citrus, and tropical dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a tasty and balanced, hoppy citrus, hint of coconut, and hoppy-dank finish. Juicy-soft on the palate...good stuff!
