Could this be our favorite Sherburps yet?! Quite possibly. Pink grapefruit, pink guava, red dragonfruit, and pomegranate has made for a delectable combo in our opinion.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours kinda hazy/murky pink orange with a frothy pale pink khaki head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Pleasant mild lactic tartness is quickly blown out of the way by a mix of grapefruit, pomegranate, and guava, with a little dragon fruit hiding in there, all held together with a little biscuity malt.
T: Bright and fruity, pomegranate and grapefruit show up first, followed by plenty of guava, and the expectedly subtle dragonfruit poking through towards the back end, pleasant mild tartness, biscuity malt.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, silky smooth.
O: There's something special about this one. All the flavors show up and blend together beautifully. For an 8% imperial sour it's dangerously smooth. Definitely a winner.
