Three-way collaboration IPA with the Ventana Wildlife Society & Ventana Wilderness Alliance. We have partnered up with both of these critical non-profits to support the recovery of wildlife and the restoration of habitats affected by the 2020 Dolan Fire in Big Sur.
This 7% Hazy IPA is loaded with oats and wheat in the grist for an exceptionally pillowy mouthfeel and hopped generously with Idaho 7, Strata, and Motueka hops. Expect mango, papaya, pine, and citron surrounding a dank herbal core. Restrained bitterness balances against a citrus/tropical sweetness throughout and lasts into the finish.
