For batch fourteen, we’ve teamed up with our friend Kyle Harrop of Horus Aged Ales to draw on his expertise of adjuncts, resulting in a coconut macaroon inspired imperial stout. Conditioned on heaps of toasted & unsweetened coconut with Madagascar vanilla, each sip delivers a bold stout layered with rich, confectionery bliss!

Sweet milk chocolate, prominent coconut, and nice kick of vanilla nose on this one! Taste follows with a very tasty, chocolate-coconut, and vanilla finish. This is well done! Great balance between the additions. I only wish it had a little more body to it. Good stuff!
