A West Coast IPA brewed with progressive hopping techniques to promote the biotransformation of hop oils. Selecting hops with high levels of free Geraniol monoterpenes like Talus and Centennial, we utilize the process of fermentation to increase the level of these terpenes and promote others like Citronellol. This sets the stage for highly impactful aroma of citrus peel, pine resin and jasmin blossoms. All across an ultra pale, dry and moderately bitter base — this is progressive West Coast IPA folks!

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Citrus zest, super soft stone fruit, woodsy pine, light floral notes, slightly toasty biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, lime, and tangerine, herbal woodsy pine, a bit of stone fruit, apricot and peach, floral notes, super faint hint of coconut, slightly toasty biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: Seeing new techniques used to brew a proper West Coast IPA warms my heart. First few sips are classic citrus and pine, but the depth really opens up as it warms up.
