On tap at brewery:
Pale straw, almost looking like a chill-hazed lager, but with a soapy head that forms huge craters. Nose is very light, with hints of honey and maybe some floral notes.
Soft and light feel hits my palate, with crackery malt that has a touch of honey to open the taste. Bitterness trickles in with tomato stems and grape leaves coming to mind, before the beer takes a more floral route. The finish does have a little bit of a bitter greens linger to it. Overall, though, the honey and floral notes drive this easy drinking pale ale.

12 ounce can, canned on 09/10/2024, thanks to Dave from the Pink Society for this brew! Served in a Rastal Craft Master One glass, the beer pours a not quite clear, not quite hazy gold color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like grapefruit, white grape, tropical fruit and some floralness. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some bready malt although the hops do stand out here. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and a bit creamy with a good amount of carbonation. Thought this was a good overall pale ale, wouldn't mind trying it again in the future!

This seems to be an everyday, approachable hazy. Nelson—if you dig it, you’ll dig this beer. Some white grape, abut of pineapple, low to mild bitterness on the finish.

Not see through yellow, white foam.
Cologne-y, no identifiable hop.
Not bitter, not malty, both are pluses. Was hoping for a clear hit of Nelson but I'm not getting that.
Near creamy, no sharpness, hardly noticeable carbonation.

Draught pour at Tankhouse in a shaker pint glass.
Nose was floral and mute, but big Nelson flavor for the ABV. Really dry finish. Would definitely grab again.
