For this 9% Hazy Double IPA, we topped off the tank with a high octane blend of Northern Hemisphere hop goodness. The result is brash, aggressive and loud-throwing up billowing clouds of earthy dankness, pine, citrus and tropical fruit! Pumped on the full metallic label in the classic “Plum Crazy” Mopar color!

Pours a nice cloudy straw-gold. Dank dank dank notes on the nose. Sticky green on the sip. It’s a big beer with a lot of everything going on. Somehow, it works!

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a froth cream white head that settles to a firm layer and
S: Tropical and stone fruit, berries, citrus, resinous pine, faint grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and plenty of caramel sweetness.
T: Big almost candied tropical and stone fruit, mango, guava, peach, apricot, blueberry, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, and a touch of melon, juicy citrus, tangerine and lemon lime, resinous pine, subtle herbal noes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, but with a slight hop burn.
O: Solid, but I'm definitely a bigger fan of Southern Hemi. This one just sits a bit too sweet for my taste.

Really good Hazy DIPA. Its the epitome of the style. Its one that must people will find enjoyable. Good stuff.
