Skaze with Thiol Turbo Boost- a process that utilizes thiol rich Phantasm powder, progressive hopping techniques and a thiol liberating yeast strain. The resulting thiol saturation renders a dramatic rush of pure passion fruit expression on the nose followed by a propulsive Sauv Blanc diesel character with ripe gooseberry highlights. A satiny mouthfeel features radiant peach and nectarine flavors folded into a delicate pie crust-like malt presence. In the finish, notes of pineapple and strawberry coalesce and leave the impression of sweet raspberry sorbet.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Pungent exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, Southern Hem diesel, ripe citrus, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Opens with citrus, grapefruit/pomelo, lime, and a touch of orange, before smoothly transitioning to exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, pineapple, apricot, mango, white grape, and a hint of lychee, a little Southern Hem diesel, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Terrific isn't the first word I'd choose to describe the smell, (I would probably go with lively or intense) but it is quite nice, so I'd say it lives up to the name. Nice intensity while remaining fairly balanced and easy drinking. I'd love to know what hops they threw at it so I could better tell what came from them and what the Phantasm contributed. Definitely grew on me as it opened up.
