For batch seventeen, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Weathered Souls Brewing in San Antonio, Texas to create an Imperial Stout with as much chocolate character as possible!! A generous addition of cacao nibs from Cru Chocolate (the winners of multiple Academy of Chocolate awards) was further fortified with additions of dark and white chocolate. The end result is so indulgent that it nearly defies description. Imagine a chocolate shake with a chocolate cake batter swirl and malted milk ball chunks, topped with hot cocoa mix and freshly shaved white chocolate curls- and you are about halfway to doing it justice.
