We blended the earthy, passion fruit, and blackberry flavors of black currants with the vibrant juiciness and pleasant tang of fresh raspberries. A healthy addition of vanilla amplifies the richness but stops short of dulling the bright fruit flavors. This luxurious smoothie-like ale is delectably sweet, but still features enough acidity for balance. Seemingly a simple dessert in a glass, it possesses a hidden depth of flavor and an easy drinking quality, that almost seem to be at odds. Every sip is a delicious, pleasant surprise.
