An exploration in combining unique and complex expressions from our cellar of spirit barrel aged beers. This second iteration combines a blend of two different Imperial Stout recipes aged across 12-26 months in Old Fitzgerald, Willett, & Basil Hayden bourbon barrels. Notes of velvety dark chocolate, maple syrup soaked dates, and devil's food cake weave among bold bourbon and charred oak with a warm, inviting finish.
