A carefully engineered blend of Mosaic, Nelson and Riwaka hops fuel an invigorating charge of lemongrass, tropical diesel fog, mixed berries, clementines and juicy watermelon. Crisp and remarkably refreshing, without getting too lean- each sip provides a perfectly metered ratio of lupulin and light malty goodness.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of thick lacing.
S: Earthy herbal notes, citrus zest, pine, subtle underlying fruity notes, and crackery biscuity malt.
T: Citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and lime, resinous pine, earthy herbal notes, a hint of Southern Hem diesel, underlying fruity notes, melon, papaya, white grape, peach, apricot, gooseberry, and passion fruit, and crackery biscuity malt, with a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: I slowly warmed up a little to this one, but it still leaves me wanting. Somehow that hop combo just doesn't come together in a way that lets anything truly shine.

Hoppy and slightly muted, malty, and a faint, faint hint of piney-dank nose on this one! Aromatics are really lacking here. Taste follows with a muddled, but clean and crisp, malty and hoppy bitter finish. This is okay, but I was expecting way more with this fantastic hop profile...not much hop expression at all IMO.
