Brewed in collaboration with the Monterey Firefighters Community Foundation. This beer pours a deep red with a malt sweetness. Paired with a bright hop profile featuring Simcoe Cryo from Perrault Farms in Washington, & Chinook from Coleman Agriculture in Oregon.

I enjoyed this one direct from the source. Pours a warm, malty tan. There's a low aroma with lots of resiny pine and a touch of grapefruit. Malt forward brew.
