West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Everywhere Beer from the city of Orange in Southern California. We selected a blend of light pilsner malts, a clean fermentation, and a carefully harmonized bitterness as the jumping off point for some seriously fun new age hop expression. You know, the “Stuffs”. And a lot of it!
Nelson, Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Waimea work together to crank out gobs of pink guava, mango, white peach, pineapple and sticky flower drenched in melted orange creamsicles. We were careful to leave as much of that oily hop goodness behind as we could, which resulted in a somewhat rustic appearance. But don’t let that fool you, this is a light bodied, dry finish’in, good time of a westy all the way.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a frim layer that hangs around and leaves plenty of thick lacing.
S: Bright citrus, ripe tropical and stone fruit + some light classic Nelson notes, a little pine, slight grassy notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and tangelo, pine, subtle underlying fruity notes, white grape, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, and gooseberry, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: Opened with mostly citrus but the other fruity notes slowly came out to play. Tasty modern style West Coast IPA.

A collaboration IPA with Everywhere.
Pours lightly hazy with a creamy cap.
Delicate and nuanced aroma, with a similar sip. I get some pineapple and a light minerality. Enjoyable sipper.
