A hazy twist on our approach to tropical IPA. Hopped exclusively with Mosaic, in the form of traditional pellets, lupulin rich Cryo, and for good measure - Incognito hop extract. Expressive yeast, a light fluffy body and a touch of sweetness usher you into an easy going paradise of passion fruit and peach layered over sweet tangerine and pink guava. Ease into the relaxing tide of flavor and look forward to the swell daze ahead.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces
S: Juicy citrus, soft pine, tropical and stone fruit, blueberry, light floral and grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Citrus, lemon lime and tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, guava, mango, peach, and blueberry, a little soft pine, light floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, super soft on the palate.
O: Super smooth and pillowy. Wouldn't mind just a couple more IBUs to counter some of the sweetness, but it's a nice showcase for all the cool new forms you can get Mosaic in.
