Kettle sour with boysenberries, fermented with Brettanomyces var. Drie. Dark purple in color, huge jammy Boysenberry nose comingled with fruity esters from the Brett, follows a burst of puckering dark fruit in the flavor with pronounced acidity and tartness from the rich, lactic character.
