This West Coast beauty tastes like a tropical concoction on the secret menu at your favorite cantina. Only that one bartender knows how to make it, and they aren't giving away their secrets. Simcoe , Citra, and Mosaic Cryo hops were added in somewhat irresponsible amounts, and then we added some traditional T-90 pellets of each for good measure. Hit the cantina!

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Lively zesty citrus, resinous pine, slight grassy herbal notes, light tropical and stone fruit, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, zesty citrus, grapefruit/pomelo, tangerine, and lemon lime, underlying tropical and stone fruit, white peach, mango, passion fruit, apricot, papaya, and a hint of guava, light grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat dry and crisp.
O: Not sure why this one isn't getting much love. I'm all about it. Drinks like a nicely refined Westy. Plenty of bitterness but not so much that it'll wreck your taste buds, balanced with nice citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, and built on a malty backbone strong enough to carry it all.
