The goal of Alvarado Tree Service is to trim away the excess foliage crowding your palate. Do you have hop burn overhang? Milk sugar droop? Piles of trub spoiling your yard, or fruit bits stuck in your utility lines? Let our experts chop this extreme flavor overgrowth down to size! Watch as our sound approach to bitterness, lean malt profile and precise application of lupulin enriched, Simcoe, Citra & Chinook clears away the tangled excesses of beers gone wild.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Citrus zest, resinous pine, tropical and stone fruit, grassy herbal notes, biscuity slightly bready malt, and just a hint of sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, peppery spice, grassy herbal notes, citrus zest, grapefruit, lemon, and a touch of tangerine, a little underlying stone fruit, apricot, peach, plum, and passion fruit, slightly earthy, biscuity bready malt, and just a hint of caramel sweetness on a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, slightly lively moderate carbonation.
O: I was really hoping to like this one more, especially after the nose drew me in. There's just something about how the hops play off each other in the taste that just isn't doing it for me.
