Fermented with a brand new yeast strain made to maximize haze and fruit forward aromas, Pacific Coolest is everything you want in a juicy IPA. Malted wheat in the malt bill lends to a smooth, soft, creamy mouthfeel. Dry hopped with 2023 Chinook and 2023 Strata to add more fruit than a pouched kids drink. Notes of strawberries and cream with hints of citrus and melon rind. It’s easy to drink and will leave you wanting more.

On tap at Alvarado Street Brewery Monterey
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Resinous, peppery spice, green grassy herbal notes, a little citrus, pungent tropical and stone fruit, a hint of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, peppery spice, citrus, grapefruit and a touch of orange, bubble gum, grassy slightly dank herbal tones, fruity notes, strawberry, apricot, mango, passion fruit, and a hint of papaya, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately prickly carbonation, yet still fairly soft on the palate.
O: Always fun to see more pungent hops used in hazy applications. Definitely works here as a kinda dank West Coast hazy.
