The latest addition to our Dad’z Dream Ridez garage is the El Varado SS, a Hazy Double IPA that is all business up front and all party in the back. On the nose, the edgy Southern Hemisphere duo of Nelson and Nectaron cut a striking silhouette filled out with earthy dankness, smashed melons and tropical diesel. In each sip, El Dorado and Citra Cryo really let loose, serving up mangoes and peaches drizzled with strawberry syrup and a handful of gummy worms on the side. One of our plushest rides to date, it glides across the palate on cruise control toward a relaxed, satisfying finish. Go ahead, let your hair down.

Pours a hazy bright-ish beige into a Nevada Wolpfack pint glass. 1.5" white head on top, its big and small bubbled. Scott Hall (Razor Ramon) WCW invasion chase microbrawler in the Canadian tuxedo in front.
Nelson hop dankness garlic, body odor, musty weed, guava, orange, tangerine, white grape, strawberry cough, apricot, nectarine yeah those last ones are the Nectaron hop.
The taste brings the heavy handed hop dankness to the forefront. But it pushes down hard on the bitterness, this is a great showcase of what a hazy ipa is meant to be without the juice box like detriments. Mouthfeel is silky despite being danky. Hides the alcohol amazingly well. You might be able to get anti-ipa types to tolerate this one without giving any compromise. Now I got David Allan Coe "No Compromise" in my head. Great song with Dimebag. Haze wheat and oats seem to be in the right proportion to keep from being a trubby milkshake mouthfeel.

Not as opaque as I expect, plenty foam though.
OJ or the hop equivalent. Great.
Mango, OJ. Nelson just a bit on the back, or I'm talking myself into it. Mute when I pour it in a glass but just pops, rich flavor straight from the can.
Velvety.
