Collab w/ Altamont + Burgeon + North Park + Shred + Urban Roots
Pale, brilliant, dry, bitter. We live for West Coast hoppy beers in all forms. We've banded with some of the state's most prolific hop specialists to bring you this supremely dank, oily beast of West Coast nectar. Featuring experimental HBC 735, CTZ, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, and Chinook hops, a combo we've found to tick all the boxes: old school pine & resin, grapefruit oil & punchy tropical fruit. To 10 years of Burp Hops!

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit stands out above a sea of citrus and spicy pine, wrapped up with biscuity bready malt and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Plenty of spicy pine and citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine, but the tropical and stone fruit somehow works its way to the front, candied pineapple, mango, apricot, peach, guava, blueberry, and a hint of melon, held together with biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation.
O: Really well done modern West Coast IPA collab. All the old school pine and citrus is there, but nicely refined, and complimented by vibrant tropical and stone fruit. Hopefully we see more of HBC 735 in the future because I really like what it brings to this one.
