While this IPA is best paired with sunshine and a hammock it’s also suited for a foggy afternoon in the bay. Fermented with Berkeleys Sunburst Chico strain it has delicate pineapple esters in the aroma that translate to a slight candy like flavor profile. Paired with El Dorado and HBC 586 it has notes of tropical fruit, pear and a deep citrus rind that balances the sweetness of pineapple and a nice bitter end. Take a sip, close your eyes and enjoy the ride.
