This Hazy IPA lures you in with a seemingly static array of vibrant flavors derived from a carefully chosen blend of hops. That is, until they start bending, shifting, and spinning into each other. Sweet melons or creamsicles? Lemon/lime or candied peaches? Earthy Sauv Blanc or juicy nectarines? Mangoes or guavas? It is all of the above, but never at the same time. Focus as hard as you can, but sip after sip, these flavors are on the move and nearly impossible to pin down. Is it an illusion? Is it real? Go on a Skazetrip and find out.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of thick lacing.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, a hint of melon, juicy citrus, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Lively citrus, lemon lime, tangerine, and grapefruit that slowly works its way out from the shadows, tropical and stone fruit, peach, white grape, guava, pineapple, and hints of mango and melon, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Sits a little on the fuller side of medium body, mild carbonation, pillowy soft.
O: Ridiculously soft and smooth. I somehow still feel like there's more going on in there that I can't quite place my finger on. Would love to know what hops they used to at least give me a hint in the right direction. Overall it's a really tasty beer with a bit of special wow factor.
