Can Biggie’s get TOO big? We think not. We present this TRIPLE version of our OG Biggie’s. The BEHEMOTH. Every aspect of the beer has been built up to monstrous levels. More fruit. More vanilla. More gravity. More superlatives in this description. But there is no need to be afraid. It is a gentle giant — delectable and indulgent. If there is one thing scary about it, it’s the balance. Experience this towering bonanza of brunch while you can, it is an intrepid beast that will disappear before you know it.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery snifter
A: Pours hazy kinda dull reddish purple with a fizzy pale pink head that settles out relatively quickly and leaves a tiny bit of spotty lacing.
S: Opens with a quick touch of wild almost woody funk and mellow spice, quickly followed by a wave of jammy blueberry, vanilla, slightly toasty biscuity malt, faint lactic tartness, and a hint of alcohol that begins to poke through as it warms.
T: Basically blueberry pie, big jammy blueberries and sweet vanilla, a hint of spice, a little slightly toasty biscuity malt, and just a touch of lactic tartness
M: Full body, moderate carbonation, slightly creamy, the % is very well hidden with just a faint hint of warmth as it heats up.
O: I'm always a little hesitant when great beers get imperialized, let alone given the 3x treatment, if they'll retain the magic of the original, or become merely a distant relative with only a shared name. This is a proper big brother and pure desert bliss. About the only thing I can think of to add to it would be a touch of cinnamon or maybe a little time in rum barrels. That being said, while it isn't overly complex, everything there is executed so delightfully that it doesn't need anything more.
