Our homies at Ancent Owl in SLO just finished another trip around the sun so we tapped into some cosmic inspiration to brew something out of this world (get it?). We started with a base of Gambrinus IPA malt to amplify the tropical vibes, then hit fermentation with Azacca & Mosaic Dynaboost for a biotransformed blast of citrus & stone fruit. But we didn't stop there, because aliens. A heavy dry hop of Simcoe and McKenzie Lupomax sends this one straight into orbit with layers of pine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Science? Blasphemy? Ancient astronaut technology? Call it what you want - just drink it!
