Right across the board….eleven, eleven, eleven! None of this was an accident — we've got ALL the hops and hop products for our 11 year Anniversary West Coast IPA. Featuring hand selected Simcoe, Krush & Mosaic T90 in our signature ‘knockout hop’ method along with Simcoe Dynaboost, we then layered additional Simcoe & Krush lupulin concentrated cryo hops post fermentation, and topped it off with oil rich Nelson Amplifire and some tasty Nectaron for a lil’ New Zealand punch at the end. Oh, and some Simcoe Hyperboost — can’t forget that, it’s 2025 you know! Thank you for coming on this journey with us, and remember...Have a good time, all the time.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Resinous pine, citrus, mix of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, plus a little mixed berry, floral hints, faint woodsy herbal notes, slightly bready biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, quickly overtaken by citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, and lemon, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, peach, white grape, guava, mango, passion fruit, gooseberry, and blueberry, rosey floral hints, slightly woodsy herbal undertones, slightly bready biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty
O: A fitting snapshot of Alvarado Street in the moment. Cool mix of PNW and Southern Hem hops, rolled into a modern Westy. Still not in love with some of the undertones the Krush brings, but overall it's pretty dang enjoyable.
Cheers to 11 awesome years and many more to come.

Golden color, which almost made me worried that it would taste too light but first sip was very fresh and refreshing. It’s a bold tasting beer. Good feel, could have slightly more body but very drinkable. Piney, resiny, and slightly dank. This is the kind of wcipa I’m looking for. If possible, recommend pouring into an ice cold beer mug. Cheers!

Clear apple juice color, small head, ok lacing. Heavy grapefruit aroma. Lots of grapefruit, some danky overripe fruit. Bitterness is moderate to high. Just not delicious.
