Collab with Shred Beer Co
Instigated by a meeting that never happened. A clandestine extraction team was activated & deployed at a time & place unknown. Target subjects HORT4337 (Codename: Nectaron), 70-4-9 (Codename: Rakau), HBC586 (Codename: Krush), HBC369 (Codename: Mosaic), & YCR14 (Codename: Simcoe) were liberated. The super critical payload of resinous flavonoids were successfully infused into a pale golden containment medium. Operatives ASB & SBC were overwhelmed by herbaceous diesel & sweet tropical fruit during the operation. A bold but disciplined bitterness was encountered upon entry, but overcome. Exit was clean. Cover was maintained. Reentry possible.

Can poured into an Alvarado Street Brewery Willi Beecher glass

A: Pours golden yellow with a slight chill haze and a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little thin lacing.

S: Juicy tropical and orchard fruit, plus a touch of mixed berries, ripe citrus, resinous pine, subtle grassy herbal woodsy notes, a touch floral, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Ripe tropical and orchard fruit, pineapple, guava, peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, pear, and a hint of mixed berries, juicy citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon lime, a little resinous pine, floral notes, faint woodsy undertones, slightly bready biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty smooth.

O: This one is sneaky good. I was a little hesitant going in as I'm not normally the biggest fan of Rakau and Krush, but I think they got the absolute best out of them. It's definitely sneaky smooth and crushable for its size. Exactly the caliber of beer I'd expect from Alvarado Street and Shred coming together.
