This hop soaked signal runs on Citra and Vic Secret, beaming out tropical bursts of mango, pineapple, and a subtle dankness. A soft pillowy body built on Pilsner malt and wheat keeps the transmission smooth while the hops hum in the background. Once you’re on the grid, it’s hard to log off.

On tap at Alvarado Street Brewery
A: Pours hazy pale straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Green, grassy, resinous, a touch herbal, ripe tropical and stone fruit, citrus zest and juice, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Lively tropical and stone fruit, mango, pineapple, peach, and passion fruit, bright citrus, tangerine, lime, grapefruit, and lemon, green grassy resinous notes, crackery biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: This is right in my wheelhouse. It screams with all the best fruity notes these hops have to offer, countered by green pure hop intensity. Possibly the lightest colored hoppy beer I've ever had, but there's still plenty of back bone to hold it all together without getting in the way. I hope I see this one again in their rotation.
